Growing up in California’s Central Valley and serving in the military shaped how I approach work with grit, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for what it takes to lead in high-pressure environments. Real change doesn’t happen in theory; it happens in the trenches, where the stakes are real, and execution matters.

I’ve led change across industries—military operations, manufacturing, supply chains, and global organizations. From navigating high-stakes transitions to reshaping leadership structures, I know the challenges of keeping people aligned, engaged, and moving forward when the pressure never lets up. My approach isn’t about forcing a model onto your business; it’s about understanding your reality and building strategies that stick.

I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and a Dual Masters of Science in Global Innovation Management from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and TUHH in Germany. My work is rooted in systems thinking, behavioral science, and years of hands-on experience leading organizations through complex transformation.
