I’m an organizational development and training leader with a passion for driving meaningful change and fostering environments where teams can truly thrive. Growing up in the Central Valley and serving in the military taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of community—values that have shaped my approach throughout my 20+ years of experience.
I didn’t always dream of being a consultant; I began my career working in the trenches, facing the real, day-to-day challenges that many encounter. From navigating complex team dynamics to leading high-stakes projects, I learned firsthand what it takes to drive change under pressure and address the individual needs within a team. These experiences inspired me to become a consultant to help people achieve success. It’s an honor to co-create with clients as they transform, redefine their boundaries, and unlock new possibilities. Witnessing these moments fuels my drive to continue supporting meaningful change in people and organizations.
I hold a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Global Innovation Management from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and TUHH in Germany. I believe that with the right support, people don’t just solve problems because they have to—they solve them because they want to. They innovate, create, and face challenges, emerging as more resilient and successful individuals for life.

The way we interpret the world is built on the experiences we live and the assumptions we form. But in our daily routines, filters and rationalizations can cloud our vision, making it hard to recognize underlying truths. We can get stuck in patterns where we see things not as they are, but as we expect them to be. By challenging these mental models and engaging in honest reflection, we uncover the deeper dynamics at play—leading to more meaningful insights and sustainable progress.
No perfectly controlled, engineered solution can solve people problems. We’re human, we're designed to adapt, we're emotional, and deeply impacted by the environment around us. We fall in love at work, our kids play sports together, we fight over old issues, we create shadow teams, we have meetings before meetings to secretly align, and meetings after meetings to say what we really wanted to say. Real change happens when we embrace this complexity, meeting people where they are and working through challenges together. It’s not about control; it’s about connection, empathy, and finding solutions that fit the reality of human dynamics.
